Hi, my name is Brian Carroll, a therapist with over 20 years of experience in counseling individuals and couples. I want to help you achieve your goals in a safe and comfortable setting. Some issues are resolved quite readily with specific types of treatment, or just by having a safe place to talk things through with an empathic professional. Other issues may be more complex deriving from early family situations, involving old patterns of behaviors and beliefs, which you may want to understand more fully, in order to have change.

I integrate evidenced based treatment techniques [CBT, Schema Therapy, DBT] with Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy into our work.
